Refund policy

No refunds , because each of my items are handmade I do not refund. I will send a replacement if there is a known defect or quality issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
